Request deletion of your CarFree-related data.

Use this page when you want CarFree to process a data deletion request. This is separate from product feedback and general app support so privacy requests are easier to track and fulfill.

How to submit a request

Send your request to support@carfreeapp.com
  • Use the subject line CarFree Data Deletion Request.
  • Include your device platform, if known.
  • Share any identifiers related to your request, if available.
  • Include approximate dates of app usage to help us verify the request.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt of your request.
  • We may ask for minimal verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
  • We process valid requests within a reasonable period and tell you what we can identify, delete, or must retain.

You can also remove locally stored app data, such as saved places and shortcuts, by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage from your device settings.

Data covered by your request

You may request deletion of identifiable CarFree support messages, submitted contact or address information, app activity and search records, and anonymous authentication identifiers. We can only act on records we can reliably associate with your request. Aggregated statistics and records that cannot be linked back to you may not be identifiable for individual deletion.

Booking, refund, commission, billing, and security records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, or other required obligations. Any additional retention lasts for the applicable obligation or unresolved dispute; we explain the affected records and applicable retention period when responding to your request. Analytics and diagnostic data held by service providers remain subject to their deletion tools and retention settings.

Purchases completed with Ticketmaster, Viator, Tiqets, or another booking provider are held by that provider. Contact the provider directly to request deletion of its customer and booking data. Deleting CarFree data does not cancel a booking or request a refund.
